Bit disappointed. I hunted for a particular size of storage box for a long time and Manutan was the one retailer that actually had it in stock.

I needed it urgently and I was happy that

a. They call themselves Manutan UK - I assumed they are UK
b. They got a UK address in Dorset - Again, should be UK
c. Say on the website 'Made in Britain'.

So I made my order and was surprised the delivery time advertised on confirmation was 21 days for a piece of plastic ...

I contacted customer service for an actual delivery time as the emails received and the note on the website don't match in terms of delivery times.

And just like other reviewers I have yet to hear from customer service.

I did get a tracking number automagically and it seems to be in transit from the Netherlands. Via GLS - which apart from Evri / Herman or Yodel must be one of the worst delivery companies in existence (6k+ 1* reviews don't lie) ...

Don't get me wrong, it hasn't been weeks yet - but I am just disappointed about the fact that all signs point to an item located in the UK - yet they seem to be a drop shipping company or merely 'mean' that their business is 'made in the UK' - yet they aren't actually located there.

Anyway - review is solely on shopping experience so far - will update review once I receive the item (which will likely be too late for my use - we shall see).

Still absolutely no contact from this awful company as you can see a response to say they would get in touch don’t be fooled at all , I will not give up on getting a refund as chairs were not even accepted and returned with the driver , but to be ignored is totally unacceptable and Drew has ignored all emails which is so very rude , I will go to legal and to trading standards which I shouldn’t have to do it’s absolutely terrible that you are ignored when they are in the wrong , I have also escalated to PayPal , awful awful company stay clear of them honestly or you will be disappointed and I think it’s clear from how low their score is , DO NOY TRUST THEM !!

Excellent range of products, prices are reasonable and delivery is fast. Bought two lockable roll cages. Quality was excellent, spare shelves available separately, delivery was fast. I soon bought two more and two plastic bin trolleys, also of excellent quality.

The double steel cabinet I bought from Manutan was fantastic. Very strong and secure, it exceeded my expectations in price and quality.
The delivery was very prompt and it was put in a place of my choosing (i.e. my garage).
Buying from Manutan was a simple experience and their follow up customer service is friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

You still haven’t delivered my pallet truck with short folks

Useless customer service. Still awaiting collection of an item. Must be knocking on a year ago now. Manutan continue to harass me over an unpaid bill which is actually the very bill for the item in need of return and despite me emailing them, continue to send me letters about it threatening to take further action against me.

Order delayed repeatedly with no communication. Dispatched despite being cancelled, gave up trying to return the product.

Poor communication , slow and in the end so very disappointed the item after waiting for something that should have arrived within 24 hrs , found out although payment was taken item wasn’t ordered .Waited several weeks and I had to have it returned , wasn’t right size
Unlikely to use Manutan in the future

good quality products, we had a small problem with our order and it was resolved super quick! Great service, would happily shop with them again and recommend them.

Still missing items not had any evidence of who has singed for the products and delivery still outstanding since the 10th November

Ordered goods 15 weeks ago, still not arrived. Was informed 7-10 days from receipt of order. Order No68812198. Still don't have a delivery date - but Manutan have my money. Unfortunately can't give zero stars.

Almost everything I have ever needed is in stock and arrives promptly after purchase. The 2 large plastic storage containers were well packed and arrived in perfect condition, so I am very satisfied.

I have retracted my previous review. After asking for their manager's contact details, they were immensely helpful about finding a spare part for our shelving units. Going to the trouble of contacting the manufacturer etc. I'm assured it is now in the post.

Item shipped from FRANCE NOT UK! Three times delivery date changed. 15 days waiting and finally arrived. Totally broken package and product! Customer service. No response for emails, after two calls they found emails and slowly working on replacement. Will be send in few days and arriving time next month - what a joke!

Ordered 10 top quality British made Strata storage boxes for a competitive price including free delivery. Order placed online at 3pm and delivered by friendly TNT driver at Midday the next day. Communications from company great throughout. It doesn't get any better than that.
